Description
- The agent is in busy state
- Down chat server
- Up chat server
- The agent gets UNKNOWN state
- Set Ready state
- The agent gets a new request even after MAX_SESSION
Agent can have more than MAX_SESSION number of tasks when he already has MAX_SESSION number of tasks and changes his state from UNKNOWN to READY on chat server restore
