Ansible playbook for chat solution installation with Docker-compose

Playbook for installing chat solution by loading docker-compose YAML files from GitLab.
All the repositories used in Chat solution are listed on chat-solution in the docker-compose branch.

Following Git usage guidelines each service repository has by convention two files in the release branch:

• Docker-compose.yml
• Docker-variables.env

Create playbooks for setting up Chat solution in the grouping mentioned on the chat solution project.
