Setup a publicly accessible FQDN of Rasa bot

The Rasa bot running in lab is running on NGRok free subscription which expires after 24 hours and we have to change configurations.

The Rasa bot is used by different test environments including the OpenShift cloud instances.
Setup a subdomain on expertfow.com or "ef.com" or any domain that we use for lab server.
The subdomain should be named as:

• rasa1
• rasa2
  where 1,2 indicates two different rasa instances running in our lab.
