Description
The issue is happening in following scenario
- Agent is in INTERRUPTED state for Chat MRD
- Communication Server goes down
- Call is active on Finesse / IP Phone
- Communication Server comes up
- Agent goes to UNKNOWN state
- Agent has to set READY / NOT_READY state manually
