Agent goes in UNKNOWN state fro Chat MRD from INTERRUPTED when comm-server comes up after fail-over

    Description

      The issue is happening in following scenario

      • Agent is in INTERRUPTED state for Chat MRD
      • Communication Server goes down
      • Call is active on Finesse / IP Phone
      • Communication Server comes up
      • Agent goes to UNKNOWN state
      • Agent has to set READY / NOT_READY state manually
