Description
Ther are empty and duplicate records in the database by the following scenario.
- Initiate a chat
- Do not accept at agent side
- Send a few messages from customer gadget
- End the chat from the csutomer gadget
- Accept the chat at agent-gadget
In that case, there will be an empty/duplicate record in the database and it will impact on reporting as well.
There is a duplicate record against one chat and one leg is empty
