Pre-chat form data report

Scenario:

PTCL would like to see a report showing pre-chat form data along with the start and end time of the chat. The report should be in a simple tabular structure sorted and filtered on date/time, showing the following data:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Chat start time
• Chat end time

*** Data fields can be different than those mentioned here. The target is to show all the fields that the customer fills before starting the chat, along with the Chat start and end time.

Assumptions, exclusions considerations:

• Deployment engineer would provide data fields in CUSTOMER_TABLE environment variable of reporting connector before startup. e.g. CUSTOMER_TABLE="First Name, nvarchar(100) | Last Name, nvarchar(max)". No need to provide customer_id, chat_id and task_id fields in it, they will be added in table automatically
• Customer_Details table will have auto increment id, as one customer may have many chats. A row will be updated based upon customer_id, chat_id and task_id.
• No detail of chat start time and chat end time will be added into Customer_Details table, reporting can fetch this data (of all legs of that chat record) from Queue_Chat_Detail table based upon composite key chat_id + task_id + customer_id
• Reporting connector will create a Customer_Details table on startup (for implementation check Npm mssql)
