Description
- 3 chats are active on agent
- Agent is in RESERVED state
- Initiate a chat on default queue
- Now initiate a chat on some specific queues that is assigned to agent.
- Restart the chat server
- Customer leaves the chat (closes the browser)
- Chat from default queue gets removed
- The other chats will remain there forever.

These chats don't route to agent when we set READY state but get removed from queues
