Chat Request will remain in Queue forever if agent is not available

    Description

      • 3 chats are active on agent
      • Agent is in RESERVED state
      • Initiate a chat on default queue
      • Now initiate a chat on some specific queues that is assigned to agent.
      • Restart the chat server 
      • Customer leaves the chat (closes the browser)
      • Chat from default queue gets removed 
      • The other chats will remain there forever.

      These chats don't route to agent when we set READY state but get removed from queues
