Description
- ALL components are up
- Chat is active on Agent-1
- Agent-2 is in the ready state
- down mre service
- Agent-1 transfers chat to agent-2
- Chat gets removed from agent-1
- up mre service
- Chat doesn't route to agent-2
- Customer initiate a chat request to agent-1
- Agent-1 gets busy state on accept chat (MAX_SESSIONS =2 are configured )
