Description

ALL components are up
Chat is active on Agent-1
Agent-2 is in the ready state
down mre service
Agent-1 transfers chat to agent-2
Chat gets removed from agent-1
up mre service
Chat doesn't route to agent-2
Customer initiate a chat request to agent-1
Agent-1 gets busy state on accept chat (MAX_SESSIONS =2 are configured )
