Reporting Issue -> Wrong values are being shown in reporting db. See attached screenshots

Scenario 1:
Scenario for Queue Id NULL case:

1. Chat is in offerred state
2. Restart Chat server
3. On chat server restore offerred tasks will be resubmitted.
4. RONA for task occurred and task is again resubmitted for RONA.
5. One extra leg is created in reporting having empty queue id

Scenario 2:
Scenario for duplicate entry of Not Ready state:

1. Agent is in Ready State
2. Open 2 or more chats
3. RONA occurs for all chats
4. One record in Agent State table is creating for each chat after RONA.
