Agent-A is in busy state for chats
Another agent makes a call on Agent-A extension directly
Agent-A accepts call
Agent-A ends one chat
Customer initiate a new chat to agent-A
Agent accepts chat
Agent ends the call
Agent ends the chats one by one
On ends chats agent gets error message
