Load Test --> There were around 5000 SMS requests in the system and after restarting chat server it is behaving abnormally.

Restarted chat server (not sure if it behaves normal before restart on that much load as I didn't login an agent or accessed the customer gadget)

It took 15 to 20 minutes to make connection with Agent and Customer gadget... since last 20 minutes server is not connected message was being shown after every few seconds on agent gadget and customer gadget was being connected and disconnected frequently

Now it has been 10 more minutes and no SMS request came to agent... I initiated chat request via customer gadget... No EWT & Position is shown and request is not being processed i.e. not going to logged in agent for obvious reasons of 5000 requests in system...

Clearly our system doesn't support 5K requests load j
