Load Test --> Send 5000 SMS requests in system and restart chat server, verify the agent and customer gadgets are behaving normally and agent is getting requests

once all requests are successfully sent, restart chat server

login agent gadget and verify it is getting requests

Open customer gadget and see EWT and Position is shown and you are able to send messages

Verify the same scenario for getting reply from bot as well.
