Description
Scenario 1
- Chat is active
- The supervisor enters in silent monitoring
- Agent request hand raise
- Supervisor accepts
- Supervisor closes/refresh browser
- On the dashboard, the supervisor can see hand raise icon, while he is already in chat.
Scenario 2
- Chat is active between Agent-1 and Customer
- The supervisor is in the dashboard interface
- Agent-1 request for a hand raise to supervisor.
- The supervisor enters in silent monitoring & barge-in in the chat.
- The icon of hand raise is still blinking on the dashboard and every time the supervisor clicks it, the activity message of supervisor joining shows to the customer & agent.
