ALL components are up
Chat is active on Agent-1
Agent-2 is in the ready state
down mre service
Agent-1 transfers chat to agent-2
Chat gets removed from agent-1
Agent-2 changes state from ready to Not ready
up mre service
Agent-2 changes state from not ready to ready
Result

Chat transferred to all available agents on MRE-Restore
