Updating existing database schema

The provided script for upgrading database schema is not working with the existing database (3rdPartyResources/ReportingDB-Script/script.sql).

Secondly, the detail provided is not correct in the description. "Customer-name filed updated to nvarchar from varchar in Queue_Chat_Detail table of reporting database"

I updated the file manually but still, the script is throwing an error.
