Description
- Chat initiated by the user
- Agent accepts the chat
- No chat is shown in agent gadget. And from the customer side messages are sending and agent also getting notification of every message.
- Agent refreshes the browser and logs in again and all chats are showing.
- Agent ends all chats and new chat requests come in and agent accepts it and same issue occurs.
