Agent Gadget-> No chat is shown in agent gadget after initiated by customer.

    Description

      • Chat initiated by the user
      • Agent accepts the chat
      • No chat is shown in agent gadget. And from the customer side messages are sending and agent also getting notification of every message.
      • Agent refreshes the browser and logs in again and all chats are showing.
      • Agent ends all chats and new chat requests come in and agent accepts it and same issue occurs.
