    Description

      AGENT_AVAILIBILITY_TIMEOUT=10 in customer gadget environment variables.
      The customer initiates a chat while no agent is available.
      Chat doesn't end after 10 sec.

      Note: This feature works with DIRECT_HANDOFF=FALSE
