Agent is not being logged out in following scenario

Details

    • CRM Connector (CRMCONNECT)
    • Sprint 14 CTI 26 Sep - 9 Oct

    Description

      • Agent is logged in 
      • Stop chat server 
      • Agent closes the browser
      • Start chat server
      • Agent is not being logged out after completion of inactivity timeout 
      • Note: If agent is handled the chat , That chat will not route to another available agent until customer sends the message
