Description

Barge-in button & leave conversation button.

Scenario:

Agent-A is in an active chat with Customer.
Supervisor monitoring the chat of Agent-A & Customer.
Agent-B is in Ready State.
Agent-A transfer chat to Agent-B OR Agent-A Closes the browser.
Agent-B accepts the chat.
- Barge-in button & leave conversation button disappears from the supervisor interface.
