Description
- Barge-in button & leave conversation button.
Scenario:
- Agent-A is in an active chat with Customer.
- Supervisor monitoring the chat of Agent-A & Customer.
- Agent-B is in Ready State.
- Agent-A transfer chat to Agent-B OR Agent-A Closes the browser.
- Agent-B accepts the chat.
- Barge-in button & leave conversation button disappears from the supervisor interface.
