Agent-a is in an active chat with customer and supervisor is in silent monitoring interface. Agent-a transfer chats to agent-b, and while agent-b is in the offered state, the owner of the chat is a supervisor. If agent-b accepts the chat, we have to make sure that the icons on the supervisor interface don't disappear.
