Description

Set browser language to Chinese.
The Chinese language must not be added in env variables of customer gadget.
Initiate a chat for that browser.
Chat is initiated but agent dont receives messages sent by the customer. But if the customer sends some messages continuously, some messages are received by the agent.

P.S This scenario is tested with standalone configurations.
