Configure AMQ connection establishment with docker variable

Now connection of Customer Channel Manager with Activemq is configurable. You can configure it by setting environment variable AMQ_ENABLE. When set to false it will not connect to activemq and will run standalone to send messages through <fqdn>/msg-client/send endpoint with following parameters:
