Description
Comm-Server Configurations :
- AUTO_ANSWER_ENABLED=true
- MAX_TASKS=3
Scenario:
- Log in two agents (Both agents are in Not_Ready state)
- Initiate 5 chats from customer gadget
- Agent-1 changes the state and set Ready (3 chats routes to agent-1 and agent-1 gets busy state)
- Agent-2 changes the state and set Ready (2 chats routes to agent-2)
- Agent-1 ends the 2 chats (Now 1 chat is remaining on agent-1)
- Agent-2 ends the 1 chat (Now 1 chat is remaining on agent-2)
- customer initiates the chat , chat routes to agent-2
- Another customer initiates the chat , Chat again routes to agent-2 .
