Description
This issue was faced in PTCL on 28th March 2020. Following is identified scenario:
- Setup Comm Server with Finesse integration. All components should be up and running.
- Try to login an agent with correct agentId and correct password, extension should be wrong. Agent will not login and Invalid Device error will be displayed on Agent Gadget.
- Restart MRE
- MRE will not be able to restore agents, it will stick in a loop forever.
