Echo Customer --> It automatically ends the chat session. There should be a flag (true/false) for that so that active chats can remain in system for some time.

Echo customer automatically ends the chat session. There should be a flag (true/false) for that so that active chats can remain in the system for some time. 

We have chat killing app to remove the active chats for this purpose.
