Description
- The agent is in Ready State and he is handling one chat (MAX tasks are configured =2)
- Stop comm-server
- Two new customers initiate the chats
- Change the agent'state Ready to Not_Ready
- Stop Database Connector
- Start comm-server.
- Start Database Connector
- One chat is being routed to the agent and the agent's state is being changed to Not_READY.
- The agent can get one more chat if the agent changes his state to ready from not ready
