Description
1 Queue with 10 steps
Initiated 500 chats into the system for that subject like Broadband
Max chats = 2
Login an agent that has multiple steps queue assigned
Agent gets 2 chats and gets into busy state
Login another agent that doesn't have any queue assigned
Initiate another chat on some other subject like ADSL
Chat won't come into agent for long (it depends upon number of the chat requests into system.. if the chats are 100, agent will have chat request after a while)
