Description
- start a new chat with bot (DirectHandOff is false)
- bot conduct the pre-chat survey and route the chat to agent
- agent left the chat and bot start the pre-chat survey
- In post-survey customer type /human and char server route this chat again but agents unable to accept it
- now handoff occurs, agents unable to accept the chat and customer unable to receive any bot message
Chat server shouldn't route the chat to agent on any bot intent because now bot is able to handoff the chat
