Supervisor gadget -->Max time for chat in queue is being shown in seconds.

-Initiate the chat.
-Agent is not available.
-Max time started for chat in queue.
-after 60 seconds it doesn't convert into minute.
-It should be convert into minutes after 60 seconds.
