Bot-connector doesn't send bot response to chat-server (in case of custom rasa)

if we are using EF Custome rasa bot
then Bot-connector doesn't send bot response to chat-server

In ptcl we are using custom rasa bot for web bot so our bot-connector doesn't send bot response to chat server

Scenario:

• train a custom rasa bot
• mapped this bot in on web channel in bot-connector env file
• set direct HandOff false in chat-server env file
• initiate a chat from web-widget
• send a message
• didn't get any response and chat doesn't route to the agent (plz see screenshot in attachments)

A sample custom rasa bot is trained on 192.168.2.30:5005
