Description

CUIC reports have a date parameter on enqueue_time over half the record have a null enqueue_time so could never be returned

CUIC reports have a agent parameter on enqueue_time over half the record have a null enqueue_time so could never be returned

Add a field SessionStartTime mentioning the start time of a chat-session.
