Update environment configurations

Need to make the following changes in the Customer gadget env. variables file:

• PHONE_PREFIX: Since this is no more a valid config of the Customer gadget, remove it
• "feedback_appreciated" variable in the Customer Gadget Translations file is a deprecated variable. Better remove it as discussed.
