Fix "We are Connecting you with an In Shift Supporter" Appearance" text in Web-chat

On the Webchat doc, need to rephrase this who para, "We are Connecting you with an In Shift Supporter" Appearance" on the bottom of the page.
It does not well describe what this feature is all about and which configuration variables are used to set this option.
Also, see if any configurations are there in the translation file to customize this message and document it on the Customer Gadget Translations doc.
