HC longest available not working properly

As discussed, with awais, missouri has reported all chat is routing to same agent andagent2  is not getting chat. till agent 2 makes himself not ready/busy

I have tested as well , and my chat was routing t to same agent again and again, once I made my agent not ready chat routed to another agent and upon ready another agent was getting chats again and again..

as discussed with awais, this is known issue and hot fix can be develop.
