Description
I have started the system and there was no active chat, even no agent was logged in.
I made changes in configuration for RONA and set the time to 10000 and restarted the comm-server
When I login some agents, their state is "Pending no ready" e.g. 7003, 7004, 7005 and some of them goes into Not ready state like 7051, 7091 etc.
