Few updates in the following variables

Add proper details of the variable ENABLE_HYPERLINKS such as when it would work and how and when it won't work.

For CLOSE_CHAT_DELAY variable, it says to add a time until when the chat remains on the agent gadget after the customer left the chat. What the "x" icon is for if close chat works in this way? Can I as an agent, close a chat myself by using that "x" icon or would it be controlled through this variable?
