Description
Consider the following scenario:
- Set MAX_TASKS=1 in Communication Server environment variables
- Login an agent and send a chat request
- Agent state transitions to BUSY
- End Chat
- Agent state remains in BUSY with no active task
Workaround:
An agent can manually change his/her state to NOT_READY and then switch to READY in this case.
Origin:
This bug was introduced in the chat 3.10.0 release which implemented the PTCL-287 story.
