Agent can login with upper & lower case, case sensitivity is not applied

    Description

      -Made a supervisor with an upper case (Super1) then I tried to login same supervisor with lower case (super1) and it got logged-in.
      Due to this some issues are occurring.
      1-if the agent clicks the handraise option and the supervisor clicks on that blinking hand, the following error occurs as shown in the attachment.
      2-when the supervisor bargeIn to the chat it does not appears on the customer gadget that following supervisor has joined the chat. also, supervisor is not able to leave the chat after bargeIn.

      Its all working fine when I used same username with upper case (Super1).
