    Description

      Login to the agent makes it to ready state.
      Initiate the chat from the customer with Name: Hamza, Phone No: 03366115142.
      Send Hello message from the agent, the inactivity timeout starts.
      Close the customer window.
      Again initiate the chat from the customer with the same Name: Hamza, Phone No: 03366115142.
      The inactivity timeout restarted.
