    Description

      Facebook Queue is created and the attribute is assigned to agent
      SKILL_GROUPS=facebook, FBqueue (CCM Environment variable has this value)

      Initiate FB chat request doesn't come to that particular queue rather it is being through in default Queue.

      Note: We faced this issue in Telenor and Awais fixed it already)
