[Facebook] Characters from multiple language in the Facebook Customer Name caused reporting connector to stop working

Due to non-printable characters in the FB user-name, the Reporting Connector stopped inserting reporting events in the database.

Impact

The Reporting Connector stops dequeuing reporting events. AMQ reporting-events queue size continues to increase. No report is available after the incident.

Workaround

There's no workaround to resolve this issue.
