CCM unable to receive message response from chat-server

CCM receive a message from whatsapp and send it to chat-server but does't receive the response of the message from chat-server

• user send a message from whatsapp
• message received on ccm and send to chat-server
• chat-server send the message to bot-connector for bot response against the user message
• bot-connector call the bot and respond chat-server with bot response
• chat-servet got the response from bot-connector 
• But CCM does't receive any response from chat-server

HC version is 3.16.0.UG-30 and i experience this issue in 3.15 too (but solved in 3.15 automatically after some time) while not solved in this setup (3.16.0.UG-30) after few minutes
