    Description

      Todo:

      1. How to configure wrap-ups, who can create wrap-ups from which UI?
      2. Document & implement wrapup DB tables schema - preferably separate tables for wrapup. 
      3. Expose reporting connector REST APIs for wrapup CRUD operations. Only Chat Server should consume these APIs
      4. The "Apply Wrapup" button should trigger an AMQ message from Chat Server to Reporting Connector containing this information.
      5. Integrate wrap-up UI in Agent Gadget
