[USD] Agent become logged out when he opens an attachment file while chat is active.

Scenario is:
-Agent is handling an active chat
-Agent opens an attachment and the file is opened on same tab (Efweb chat).
-There is no way to go back to the agent panel. If we press the back button then an error message is displayed on screen and the agent has to re-login.
