Patch command reset the old translations while appending new entries.

CSN-4915 Patch JSON and .ENV files - Jira (expertflow.com) This method works well only if we want to replace the old translation files entirely with new translation files. It will read the changes in both files line by line and not only append the new key-value pairs in the old translation file but also modify the value of the old translation key-value pair. 
So if a customer has customized translations, this method will replace/reset to default translations,

This task will help improve the process of merging. It will not only retain the old translations when merged but only append the new translation entries.
