    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login an agent and assign him/her max number of allowed tasks, making the agent state BUSY.
      2. Initiate another chat request from the web channel. Estimated Wait Time will appear in the Customer Gadget.
      3. Restart MRE
      4. MRE will stop responding to the Estimated Wait Time request for that chat. One can check in the browser's network console that MRE returns empty JSON in this case
