Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Login an agent and assign him/her max number of allowed tasks, making the agent state BUSY.
- Initiate another chat request from the web channel. Estimated Wait Time will appear in the Customer Gadget.
- Restart MRE
- MRE will stop responding to the Estimated Wait Time request for that chat. One can check in the browser's network console that MRE returns empty JSON in this case
