    Description

      If the Display Picture is not present, the DP should show:

      • the first character of the First name and the first character of the Last name.

      If the customer name is even not present, then:

      • show the last 2 digits/characters of the channel identifier / RefID
      • When Name is the only attribute present, then LastName is the last word and the First Name is the first word.
