[Auto response timer & agent's state]Timer is stopped while switching the tab

Scenario:

• Initiate a chat from customer
• Customer sends the message and timer start
• Agent switch to another tab
• Timer is stopped
• After switching back to the same tab(agent's panel) timer starts again
