Description
When a chat is initiated from the customer, and the agent is not accepting it, a message appears on the customer gadget as:
Actual Statement:
"Please wait while we are finding an agent for you Your queue position is 1 and the approximate wait time is 2 ewt_minute"
Whereas the statement should be as
Expected Statement:
"Please wait while we are finding an agent for you, your queue position is 1 and the estimated wait time is 2 minutes"
Problematic Areas:
- Missing punctuation.
- Uppercase is used within the sentence.
- "Estimated" should be used instead of "Approximate"
- "Minutes" should be used instead of "ewt-minute"
